Lendestova, Jæren, 1907
Video intallation for the world's oldest Open-Air Museum and Norway's largest museum of cultural history, Norsk Folkemuseum.
The two films aims to give the visitors of a Rogaland home a look into the history of costal culture, set to a christmas evening in 1907.
As well as discribing the functionality of the different part of the house, espessially the "kole", the central light source in the house and the "stryda", the exhaust funnel up to the kids bedroom (!), the films hints to the upcoming migration from Norway to America.
